Delayed my announcement till monday evening again while I check with the racecourse and potential hotels. I still don't understand how I managed ot end up on a NH meeting week - I specifically checked against this very possibility!

| I called the Cheltenham tourist information's accommodation service this morning. Most places in the town have a 3-night minimum booking at race time, and prices go up too. The kind lady (Moira) found me somewhere about 7 miles south of Cheltenham, but they only had 3 rooms left and I booked two of them. I told her about the convention and mentioned there would be others seeking accommodation. You can call her on 01242 522878 (+44 242 522878 from outside the UK). |

OK! Thanks again Sheila!
I think the best way to approach this is for people to email me individually and for us t help find suitable accommodation. I'll convene a committee meeting tonight and organise the registration forms, and we will discuss how best to help.
If anyone wants to start they can email me at cj@falster23.freeserve.co.uk and tell me the date they will need accommodation for.
I have now updated the wiki and created a special thread on this forum for people planning to take advantage of the ridiculously cheap Stonehouse Travelodge, so we can organise transport.
